Perla Studio is a creative design studio specialising in brand identity, web design, package design, and apparel design. All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by Perla Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Services & Payments
a) All projects require a signed contract and agreed-upon deposit before work begins.
b) Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal and must be adhered to. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
c)Once design concepts are approved, any additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Intellectual Property
a) All designs, graphics, and creative assets produced by Perla Studio remain our property until full payment is received.
b) Upon final payment, ownership of final approved designs is transferred to the client for agreed-upon use.
c) We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities
a) Clients must provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to keep the project on track.
b) Any delays in communication may result in project extensions or additional fees.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
a) Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for any completed work.
b) If Perla Studio is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be considered based on work completed.

6. Limitation of Liability
a) Perla Studio is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal issues resulting from the use of our designs. Clients are responsible for ensuring their brand materials comply with any legal requirements.
b) We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances.

 7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

8. Changes to Terms
Perla Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
